To ensure a smooth and transparent process, here’s what you can expect when you book a consultation: 1. The Consultation Process -30-Minute Video Consultation Once you book your commission, you’ll receive access to a 30-minute video consultation. During this video, we’ll go over the specifics of your project, including: -Time Estimate: How long the piece will take to create. -Materials: A breakdown of the materials needed for your artwork. -Quote: A detailed quote that includes the cost for time, materials, and any other factors relevant to your commission. 2. Clear Understanding -By the end of the consultation, we’ll make sure both you and I have a clear understanding of the project. You’ll know exactly what the timeline, materials, and cost will be, so there are no surprises along the way. 3. Contract Signing -During the consultation, a contract will be presented for both parties to sign. This contract will outline: -The full scope of the commission -Payment terms and schedule -Delivery timelines and deadlines -Any other relevant details or terms -This ensures we’re aligned and protects both you and the artwork. 4. Consultation Payment and Deposit The cost of the consultation is applied toward your deposit if you choose to move forward with the commission.
